If you don’t have a venue of your own, we have teamed up with some fantastic property owners who are willing to share their magical properties with you.
Each venue has been carefully selected based on their views, privacy, location, and facilities, catering to a wide variety of events and guest requirements.

Glendhu Station
Glendhu Station is a stunning location located only 10 minutes west of Wanaka on the way to the Mt Aspiring National Park. It has fabulous views over Lake Wanaka and is a gorgeous wedding venue.
The woolshed’s versatility also allows for conferences, workshops, and theatre performances and can seat up to 160 banquet style or up to 500 for music or art events.
Their extensive grounds allows us to set up all our tents and is a perfect venue for a full tent hotel.
The Riverhouse
Positioned right on the banks of the Hawea River, The Riverhouse is a hidden retreat, with extensive green terraced lawns, and lush gardens.
The house is reminiscent of a cob home with cosy decor and has 5 bedrooms.
This property is large enough to fit all our tents and has multiple options so not all the tents have to be together.
The Olive Grove
As you drive down the tree lined driveway , through the hazelnut grove, you will be richly rewarded with spectacular panoramic views of Wanaka’s lakeside mountains and farmland. The views extend to Lake Wanaka over mature trees and a Kanuka reserve. Ruby Island is visible just a kilometre offshore
This is a stunning venue for our glamping picnics, an overnight romantic retreat, or midweek parties.
The Olive Grove is a truly stunning alpine setting for your celebration…whatever the time of year.
The Farm
Set across eight acres, and surrounded by beautiful farmland and mountain vistas, The Farm Wanaka is a peaceful and secluded property just a few minutes from town.
There is also a simple yet stylish two bedroom guesthouse in a converted farm shed that is well equipped with everything you need if extra space is required.
Here is there is plenty of land for up to 20 tents here.
Glendhu Bay Motor Camp
The Glendhu Bay Motor Camp is only a 10 minute drive from Wanaka and situated in a picturesque bay on the shores of Lake Wanaka, close to Roys Peak and Diamond Lake walks, and the world heritage Aspiring National Park.
There are a range of powered and non powered campsites along the waterfront, and excellent shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.
We love to set up tents here for couples and families wanting a kiwi camping experience but it’s also a fantastic venue for small to large gatherings outside of the incredibly busy months of Jan/Feb.
Lake Outlet Holiday Park
Although only six kilometres from Lake Wanaka town centre, its secluded setting and natural surroundings give Lake Outlet Holiday Park a feeling of remoteness and tranquility that is second to none.
Native kanuka bushes separate the campsites giving privacy, shade and shelter, the lake is a stone’s through away and there is mountain biking, hiking and world-renowned fishing on the doorstep.
This is another great campsite for holiday makers, those wanting to hold a small event or run a camp.
Crosshill Farm, Dublin Bay
Located only 7kms (10 minute drive) out of Lake Wanaka’s vibrant town, Crosshill Farm Dublin Bay, provides your own private paradise with amazing lake and mountain views.
This is a perfect spot for a day time party or romantic retreat.
