Everything! We can cater to corporate events, incentive trips, weddings, hen's parties, birthdays, family reunions, campouts, retreats, movie productions, festivals and romantic weekends away.
We can set up anywhere in New Zealand but specialise in the South Island. We are located in Wanaka/Queenstown in the Queenstown Lakes District. We can access most places by 4WD or helicopter if required.
We will need good access via 4x4 vehicles unless flying in. The land will need to be level and well drained for our tents. Consider the weather. Is the land protected from elements? Do you need a back up? Does the site have power, water and facilities? If not please talk to us about how to create an off the grid experience. When considering a piece of land we may need to do a site visit or assess it using provided images before confirming its suitability. Each tent is 5m in diameter and requires a 7m2 area to pitch.
Yes! We work with a number of wedding venues, high country stations and private land owners. Once we know the size and type of event we can advise appropriately. If you have a venue in mind we are happy to talk to the owners on your behalf to check it's suitability.
Guests will have access to the site for a full 3 days and 2 nights. Our concierge will be there to welcome guests and show them to their tent and remain with you during your entire stay to ensure your comfort. We set up the glamping village up to 5 days before your event is due to start and pack down once everyone has left, so there is no rush
Our tents are very waterproof and remain strong in windy conditions, however you do need to ensure your chosen site is well draining and protected from the prevailing winds if possible. We can only pack the tents down dry, so please ensure your site is accessible to our crew until this time.
Our tents are designed to work on solar, however if you require heating power will need to obtained by way of mains power on the property or by generator.
We can arrange festoon lights, specialised name/number signs for each tent, bunting or floral arrangements. We are more than happy to discuss any ideas you have.
Our lounge tents are like living spaces for your guests. We set them up with a couch, beanbags, coffee tables, floor cushions, rugs, fairy lights and decorations. They can comfortably fit eight to ten people. Lounge tents are a fabulous addition to any event as they provide a cosy intimate meeting space for your guests to relax in.
We can certainly assist with event planning and are happy to discuss this further with you. An additional fee will be applicable.
Picnics can be set up at your place, at any doc or private campgrounds, some council reserves or at private venues.
Our picnics are gorgeous. We set up a cosy lounge tent, provide floral and exquisite food, a cooler for drinks, tea & coffee, music and games. However, if you want more we can also arrange a personal Chef, welcome packs, a coffee cart, fresh juice, power to tents, heating, outdoor lighting, entertainment/live music, outdoor games, outdoor movie theatre, bar service or hot tubs.
